We believe data tells stories

Driven is a data-driven research project that aims to enhance inclusion for deaf and hard-of-hearing people, as well as people with visual impairments in the Netherlands.

What is Driven?

Driven aims to gain deeper insight into employment, education participation, mental health among deaf and hard-of-hearing people and people with visual impairments in the Netherlands.

About Driven –

Driven builds on earlier initiatives, including the Visueel in Beeld and ZG in Beeld projects. These studies laid the groundwork for Driven to take the next step: addressing new research questions, expanding data sources, and generating long-term insights into these populations through the use of administrative data.

Driven is a joint initiative by Deelkracht, Kennis over Zien, Bartiméus Fonds, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), and the Amsterdam Center for Learning Analytics (ALCA).
