Renske is a junior researcher at the Department of Clinical, Neuro- and Developmental Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research focuses on systematically mapping the possibilities for developing and evaluating eHealth interventions for deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) adults with mental health problems. Through a literature review, she analyzes the current state of psychosocial care and existing eHealth interventions. In addition, she conducts interviews with healthcare professionals and experts-by-experience to gather perspectives, needs, and key considerations related to eHealth. The ultimate goal is to translate these insights into a concrete and applicable protocol for the development of an eHealth intervention for DHH adults.
